Where we ship

We ship nationwide across the Philippines. Orders are dispatched from Cebu via J&T Express.

 

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your destination, following J&T Express rates. As a guide:

Up to 5 kg: ₱400

5 to 8 kg: ₱700

8 to 11 kg: ₱1,000

11 to 15 kg: ₱1,400

15 to 25 kg: ₱2,000

The exact rate shown at checkout is the amount you pay.

 

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed.

 

Estimated delivery via J&T Express

Cebu and Visayas: 1 to 3 business days

Luzon and Metro Manila: 3 to 5 business days

Mindanao and island destinations: 5 to 7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary in remote areas.

 

Tracking

You will receive a J&T Express tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
